What began as a 30 day yoga challenge, has blossomed into an undeniable passion to share yoga. Yoga was not always a part of my life, but after I walked into my first class in 2014 I never looked back. At that time everything on the outside appeared lovely, but there was more that I was yearning for. I was a stay at home mom to three beautiful kiddos, married and enjoying my life. I yearned for something more, to share, to be creative, to GIVE. I felt that there was a more meaningful purpose and my path to yoga led me right there.
As my commitment to yoga and my practice grew, so did my courage and strength. This transformation happened not just on my mat but also in how I lived my life. All the questions that I was straining to find in things and in others I realized, resided in me. I completed my first teacher training with LifePower Yoga in 2014 and began teaching immediately.
In my years of teaching and sharing yoga I have had the privilege to work at some of the most amazing studios and teach alongside beautiful souls that continued to grow my passion. Dedicated to always being a student, I completed my 300 hour TT in March 2023 with Jonny Kest and LifePower Yoga.

The success of yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live in our life and our relationships.

off my mat
I live in a suburb of Chicago, IL with my beautiful family that gives me the opportunity to practice my yoga “off the mat” constantly!:) My husband and I met and were friends in high school and once I was ready for his love, our paths crossed in the most perfect way. We have four kiddos and love a good dance party at home and spending time outdoors. I express love through cooking and love to be gathered around the kitchen with my family, creating meals and memories to nourish our hearts and soul. My perfect day takes me on an adventure exploring a new place and gives time for being quiet and peaceful. I challenge myself everyday to share my love and light and would love you to join me. Allow it to start simply..curl the corners of your mouth up, into a smile, a smile that lights you up and lights up everyone around you.

I have immense gratitude for you allowing me to share with you.
