Yoga Teacher Training
Join us for an immersive program of self-discovery and transformation. Deepen your practice, experience personal growth and connect with the Life Time community as you learn to teach yoga. It’s your time — to unlock the healing power of yoga and awaken to a more aligned, healthy way of life — on and off the mat.

THE EXPERIENCE
Strengthen your practice from the ground up, as we break down poses, explore the power of breath and mind-body connection, discuss yoga history, philosophy and anatomy. Take time to reflect and grow, develop emotional intelligence, shift your self-awareness and learn to live with purpose and intention. Connect to your true self with the support of a positive, like-minded community. Create sacred space for deep, empowering, lifelong friendships across Life Time’s national network. Learn the skills you need to teach yoga to others, find your own voice and build confidence as a mindful teacher and human.

THE 200-HOUR COURSE
Invest in your whole self and learn the principles of Power Vinyasa over the course of 3-9 months. Expect a mix of in-person sessions, asana practice, reading, journaling, meditation and community-building activities.

MANUAL: Overview of Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, Pranyama, Anatomy, Dharma and so much more
SAMPLE CLASSES: Class outlines with room for your unique style with an emphasis on Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Slowburn yoga
TEACHING PRINCIPLES: Build confidence in opening and closing each practice, cueing segments and the transitions in between seamlessly, skillfully create modifications and adjustments

After completing the 200-Hour LifePower Yoga Teacher Training program, you will be eligible to obtain your Registered Yoga Teacher 200-Hour Certificate (RYT-200) from Yoga Alliance.

This immersive teacher training will guide and inspire you to lead an uplifting, challenging, unique, “Yes You Can” total mind-body journey. You will learn to integrate breath and movement, creating a workout that combines non stop flow with heart-pumping cardio and metabolism boosting strength moves and also a workingin that allows you to step into your strength and acceptance to love every version of yourself.

This is a 28 hour Immersive Teacher Training. These hours are split between 24 hours in class lecture, experiences and practice with the remaining being utilized for self-study, observations and community classes. This training will certify for you to teach a Yoga Sculpt Class and can be used as continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance. You do not need to be 200 hr certified for this training.
