Book Club

As you begin or continue your investigation into wellness, books are an amazing resource!  Maybe you already know this and are like me and have tons of books about yoga, breathwork, meditation, wellness, inspiration...the list goes on and on!  I would love for you to join us for our Virtual Book Club!  This will be an opportunity for us to share insights from a variety of books that will empower your path of well-being.  This is not just for yoga teachers, but for yoga students too and anyone interested in connecting with the focus being your wellness!!  Book Club will meet via Zoom about every 6 weeks.
